cheese ravioli4 ea
pesto50 g
reserved pasta water — ½ cup125 ml
feta100 g
salt1 ea

Method

Cook your ravioli in salted water according to the packet instructions. Before draining, reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water.
Mix the pesto with the reserved pasta water, then toss through the cooked ravioli.
Finish with plenty of crumbled feta and a little salt.
