    Golden Syrup Animal Biscuits

    • 100 g Dairy-free baking block instead of unsalted butter
    • 50 g Golden syrup instead of honey

Chill the dough for 15 minutes before rolling if it feels soft; bake for the same 6–10 minutes.

  • Gluten-free

    • 250 g Gluten-free plain flour instead of plain flour

Roll the dough between two sheets of baking paper as gluten-free dough cracks more easily; bake for the same time.

Chill the dough for 15 minutes before rolling if it feels soft; baking time is unchanged.
